Donut Hole Bites

3 Servings (1 serving = 7 donut holes = roughly 200 calories)

INGREDIENTS

1 cup self-rising flour

2/3 cup plain nonfat Greek Yogurt

1 tablespoon sugar substitute zero calorie sweetener

DIRECTIONS

1. Knead all ingredients together.

2. Divide mixture into 3 servings. Divide each serving into 7 equal balls. (21 balls altogether)

3. Bake or air-fry at 400 F for 6-7 minutes or until they begin to brown.
