Standard Shipping and Handling Charges in the Contiguous U.S.
We ship most orders UPS Ground from our distribution center in New York within one business day of the receipt of your order. You should receive your order within 1-4 business days.
We regret that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or outside of the Contiguous U.S.
While we make every attempt to get your Products to you as fast as possible, we cannot guarantee delivery time. To ensure that you receive your order when you need it, please plan ahead.

The 10% discount and free shipping also apply to any additional Products added to your regularly scheduled HMR Healthy Shakes or Healthy Solutions at Home order. Any orders placed separately from your regularly scheduled auto delivery orders will be charged for shipping if the amount of the order is less than $225 (if in the contiguous U.S.). The 10% discount for HMR Healthy Shakes and Healthy Solutions at Home, however, will still apply.

Holiday Shipping Schedule
Please note that the shipping and delivery of orders will be impacted by national holidays. Please plan accordingly. If you place an order, or have an order scheduled to be processed in the week leading up to a holiday, you may want to call an MHW Program Specialist at 443-205-4421, Monday-Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. ET and have it processed sooner and/or have it shipped to an alternative address. Please note that MHW offices are closed on national holidays, and orders will not ship until the following business day.
Important Information on BeneFit® Bar Orders and Shipping During the Summer Months
Many specialty chocolate manufacturers do not ship direct to consumers in the hotter months due to potential melting issues. However, we are committed to providing you with BeneFit Bars year-round. To that end, we do all that we can to ensure that the bars arrive at your doorstep in the best condition.
Between June 1 and September 30, cold packs are added to ensure the quality of the BeneFit Bars upon arrival. Cold packs remain cold for approximately 72 hours; therefore HMR can only guarantee there will be no additional melting of the bars on orders shipped to states within a one-business day delivery of our warehouse in New York. You can call us if you want to confirm delivery times to your state for a current order.
NOTE: If you find that your bars are softer than you like due to the heat, allow the box to sit undisturbed overnight in a cool place. Temperature changes do not impact the nutrition (or flavor) in any way.
Required Signature
Deliveries to residential addresses typically do not require a signature. However, in certain instances, UPS may require a signature. If no one is available to accept the package, UPS will leave a note following each delivery attempt. UPS will make three delivery attempts before returning the package to HMR.

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
Money-Back Guarantee
If you’re not completely satisfied with any Products you purchased from this Website, we will gladly offer you a full refund for qualified returns of your purchases. (Shipping costs are nonrefundable.) In order to qualify for a refund, MHW must receive the returned Products within sixty (60) days of your purchase. Sixty days is counted beginning with the day of your purchase. If you have any questions about this Policy or processing your returned Product(s), please call one of our MHW Program Specialist at 443-205-4421, Monday-Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET.

If you have your Order Summary:
Step 1: Please circle the item(s) you are returning.
Step 2: Send your return to us by UPS or insured parcel post.
If you do not have your Order Summary:
Step 1: Please enclose a letter indicating what you are returning, return reason, name, address, and your daytime phone number.
Step 2: Please indicate the return address listed below on the box when returning any item(s).
