Our mission is to make weight loss accessible to everyone. Most of us aren’t going to count calories, track carbs, go hungry, meal prep or live in the gym.

We’re gonna eat big portions, enjoy things that taste good, and lean on food in times of stress and celebration.

We need realistic strategies that are going to be manageable for the rest of our lives, especially when we go through challenging times.

This is the mentality that MHW has taken for all of our clients since 2010, and we’ve been able to maintain an average weight loss of roughly 40-50 pounds* for folks who have participated in one of our live programs.

Now, we’re posting our knowledge online so that EVERYONE has a chance to see these results for themselves.
