Tomato with Cottage Cheese Topping

1 Serving (1 serving = roughly 100 calories)

INGREDIENTS

1 Cup Tomato Slices (or Cherry Tomatoes)

4 tablespoons Low Calorie Cottage Cheese

4 dashes Worcestershire sauce

4 dashes Hot sauce

salt & pepper

DIRECTIONS

1. In a bowl, mix all ingredients EXCEPT the tomato.

2. Spoon the cottage cheese mixture onto tomato slices, or fold tomato into the bowl with everything else.

3. Salt and pepper to taste.
