Sweet Potato Dessert Nachos

Phase 1 – 1 Serving


1/2 teaspoon Salt

Choice of Toppings (see below)


1. Preheat oven to 400ºF with rack in the center position.

2. Place sweet potato slices, in a single layer on a baking sheet and spray with oil.
3. Bake for 10 minutes, flip each slice, and continue baking for 12 to 15 minutes or until centers are soft and edges are crisp.
4. Sprinkle with salt, let cool and add toppings.
