Spencer’s Famous Baked Beans

Phase 1 – 4 Servings (1 Serving = roughly 125 calories)

INGREDIENTS

1 can Pinto Beans (2 Cups Cooked)
1 tablespoon Yellow Mustard
4 tablespoon (¼ cup) Sugar Free Maple Syrup
2 tablespoon Sugar Free Barbecue Sauce

DIRECTIONS

1. Mix all ingredients. Heat and serve. (For best flavor, allow to simmer in a slow cooker on low for a few hours.)
