Roasted Chickpeas

4 servings (1 serving = roughly 125 Calories)

INGREDIENTS

1 can Chickpeas, drained and rinsed 
Onion Powder, to taste
Garlic Powder, to taste
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Cajun Spice, to taste

DIRECTIONS

1. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick spray (like Pam®).

2. Mix all ingredients together and spread evenly on baking sheet.

3. Bake @ 350 degrees for 1.5 hours, moving them around every 1/2 hour. 

*Note

If you like them crunchier, leave in oven a little longer.  If you like them softer, take out of oven earlier.
