Quick Shake

1 Serving (1 serving = roughly 120 calories)

INGREDIENTS

1 Meal Replacement Shake

4-8 oz Liquid (Usually water, but coffee, diet soda, or any low calorie liquid will do. Can be hot or cold)

Optional flavorings

DIRECTIONS

1. In a Quick Shake (Blender) Bottle, add 2 oz of water.

2. Add your shake powder and any flavorings.

3. Close top. Shake bottle until your powders dissolve as much as possible.

4. Add more water, 2 oz. at a time, and shake until desired texture is reached.
