Peanut Soup Broth
4-8 Servings (1 serving = roughly 100-200 calories)
16 oz Water
1 tbsp Beef Bullion
1/4 cup Peanut Butter Powder
1/4 cup Sweet Chili Sauce (more or less to taste)
3 cans Vegetables (I prefer pinto beans, spinach, and corn)
1. Dissolve the peanut butter powder and bullion into the water.
2. Add the vegetables (drain the liquid from the cans and rinse them off first). Heat (microwave is fine). Taste.
3. Add 1 tbsp bullion if it’s not salty enough. Add chili sauce to your spice preference.
