Peanut Butter Pie

2-4 Servings (1 Serving = roughly 200-350 calories)

INGREDIENTS

2 packets HMR Multigrain Hot Cereal (Available at Maryland Healthy Weighs)

4 packets of Sugar Substitute (like Splenda®)

2 HMR 70 Plus Vanilla Shake (Available at Maryland Healthy Weighs)

1 tablespoon Peanut Butter Powder

8 Ice Cubes

1 cup Water

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix 2 HMR Multigrain Hot Cereals with 1 packet of HMR 70 Plus Vanilla Shakes.
  2. Add ¾ cup water and mix well.
  3. Pour mixture into 9” glass pie plate and microwave 4 minutes. (This will make our pie crust)
  4. Flip over and microwave for another minute.
  5. Let crust cool.
  6. In a blender, crush ice cubes to resemble snow cone powder. Remember to scrape ice down off the sides.
  7. Add second HMR 70 Plus Vanilla Shake, 1 tablespoon of peanut butter powder, 4 packets of Sugar Substitute and remaining ¼ cup of water to the ice.
  8. Blend for 20 seconds to a few minutes. The mixture should whip up to make 2 cups.
  9. Pour ice cream onto pie crust and freeze for 40 minutes.
