Orange Ginger Sauce

Roughly 6 Servings INGREDIENTS 1/3 cup Sugar-Free Orange Marmalade (less than 15 Calories per tablespoon) 1 tablespoon Vinegar 1/2 teaspoon Soy Sauce 1 pinch Ginger Powder 1 pinch Garlic Powder 1 pinch Crushed Red Pepper Flakes DIRECTIONS 1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. 2. Heat on high in a microwave for 1 minute. Serve as a sauce or dip. Try it on our Savory Chicken with Rice  (or our Baked Chicken Meatballs) with cauliflower rice and stir-fry vegetables!
