Orange Creamsicle Shake

Phase 1 – 1 Serving (1 Serving = 120 Calories)


1 HMR 70 Vanilla Shake (Available at Maryland Healthy Weighs)
1 12-ounce Can of Cold Diet Orange Soda
2 Ice Cubes


1. Pour soda into a blender.
2. Begin mixing on lowest speed.
3. While blender is on, add shake mix.
4. Gradually add ice cubes, one at a time.
5. Continue mixing on lowest speed for 1-2 minutes, until ice is thoroughly blended and shake is smooth. (Add more ice if desired.)
