Chicken Crackers
1 Serving (1 Serving = 100 calories)
INGREDIENTS
1 packet HMR® 500 Chicken Soup (Available at Maryland Healthy Weighs)
1 tablespoon Water
DIRECTIONS
1. Spray a microwaveable plate with non-stick cooking spray. In a bowl, mix all ingredients with a fork and spread this mixture evenly over the plate.
2. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Quickly flip the cracker over. Then microwave on high, 15 seconds at a time, until a brown spot starts to form. It should still be a bit soft at this point. (Watch it closely or it will burn!)
3. Let it sit for 1 minute to cool and harden. (If it cools but still isn’t crisp, use a little less water next time. Do not microwave the cracker longer, or it will simply burn.)
Enjoy the crackers as a salty snack on their own or serve them with the HMR® Turkey Chili Entree as dip. Enjoy!
