Frozen Yogurt

3 Servings (1 serving = roughly 200 calories)


6 Cups Frozen Fruit

1 Cup Yogurt

0 Calorie Sweetener to Taste


1. Blend everything. Taste and add sweetener if necessary.

2. Fold in any additional ingredients (like sugar free candies or crushed meal replacement bars).

3. Transfer the mixture to a freezer safe container and smooth the surface. Press a piece of parchment against the top of the yogurt to prevent ice crystals from forming. Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.

4. To serve, allow the frozen yogurt to sit at room temperature for a few minutes just until soft enough to scoop. If necessary, stir/mash it up a little to make creamier and remove ice crystals.
