Frozen Grapes

1 Serving (1 serving = roughly 100 calories)


1 cup Seedless Grapes (I prefer red)


1 tsp sugar free gelatin powder (lime and cherry are the post popular for this recipe)


1. Wash the grapes and remove from the vine. Shake off excess water but DO NOT pat dry. The moisture will help your powder stick to the grapes.

2. Place the grapes in a bowl or resealable bag. Sprinkle in the gelatin powder if desired. Close the bowl/bag and shake to coat.

3. Freeze until solid. (I leave mine overnight)

4. Enjoy as a snack or side dish. Be careful if you have sensitive teeth or don’t want to get brain freeze!
