Entree Vegetable Dip

1 Servings (1 serving = roughly 250 calories)

INGREDIENTS

1 Meal Replacement Entree (Order from us or try another brand)

Optional:

Liquid (i.e. chicken broth, water, salad dressing, fat free sour cream, yogurt, etc.)

Spices (i.e. garlic, dill, ranch seasoning, etc.)

Vegetables (i.e. salsa, corn, onion, celery, pickle, etc.)

DIRECTIONS

1. Blend, mash, fold, or stir the ingredients together. Add spices for flavor. Add veggies for texture. Add liquid to adjust the thickness. Serve with raw or cooked vegetables!

EXAMPLES

Pizza Dip (great with roasted broccoli): Alfredo entree, canned tomato, pizza seasoning

Nacho Dip (great with potatoes): Mac and Cheese, Salsa, Taco Seasoning

Savory Beef (great with raw mushrooms): Beef Stew, Sour Cream, Steak Seasoning
