Blueberry Ice Cream

1 Serving (1 Serving = roughly 200 calories)

INGREDIENTS

HMR Vanilla 70 Pudding

1/2 Cup cold Water

1 Cup frozen Unsweetened Blueberries

Sugar Substitute (like Splenda®)

DIRECTIONS

1. Place frozen berries in a food processor fitted with a metal blade.

2. Process frozen berries until finely ground (resembling snow cone powder).

3. Turn off the food processor.

4. Scrape berries down off the sides of the processor.

5. Turn the food processor back on.

6. Add water and shake mix.

7. Process for 2 minutes or until it becomes a soft “ice cream” texture.

8. Add one (1) teaspoon of Sugar Substitute, stir and taste.

Repeat scraping the sides of the processor, adding water/sugar substitute, and blending until desired taste/texture is achieved.
