Banana Muffins

2 Servings (1 Serving = 3 Muffins)

INGREDIENTS

2 Bananas

2 packets HMR® Multigrain Hot Cereal (Available at Maryland Healthy Weighs)

4 packets of Sugar Substitute (like Splenda®)

2 teaspoons Baking Powder

2 teaspoons Water

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Grind Cereal into a fine powder in a blender.

3. In a bowl mash bananas and mix with sugar substitute, baking powder,  water, and cereal powder until it resembles a muffin batter.

4. Spray muffin pan with non-stick spray and fill 6 cups evenly with batter.

5. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
