Toasted Ravioli

1 Serving (1 Serving = 220 Calories)

INGREDIENTS

1 HMR Cheese and Basil Ravioli Entree (Available at Maryland Healthy Weighs)

Non-stick cooking spray (like Crisco®)

DIRECTIONS

1. Using a rubber spatula, remove as much of the tomato sauce from the ravioli as you can (reserve the sauce). Gently rinse off the remaining sauce. Pat dry with a paper towel.
2. Spray a small frying pan with non-stick spray and place over moderate heat.
3. Add the ravioli to the pan and heat 3-4 minutes on each side, until browned.
4. While the ravioli is “toasting”, microwave the reserved tomato sauce until warm.
5. Use the sauce as a dip for the raviolis.
