Slow-Cooker Chicken and White Bean Chili

4 Servings (1 Serving = roughly 270 Calories)

INGREDIENTS

1-pound Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast

1/2 cup Green Chilies

4 cups Low-Sodium Chicken Broth

1 can White Beans, drained

1/2 tablespoon Cumin

1/2 tablespoon Chili Powder

1/2 tablespoon Onion Powder

Fat-Free Sour Cream, for topping

Cherry Tomatoes, for topping

DIRECTIONS

1. Add chicken and 1/4 cup of chicken broth to a slow cooker on low overnight.

2. In the morning, skim off fat and shred chicken.

3. Add remaining ingredients to slow cooker with chicken and cook on low for 8 hours.

4.  Top with sour cream and cherry tomatoes.
