Sausage Potato Hash

4-8 Servings (1 serving = roughly 150-300 calories)

INGREDIENTS

3 cans Diced Potatoes

1/2 teaspoon Season All

1/4 teaspoon pepper or to taste

1 small Onion chopped

1 pound Ground Turkey Sausage

1/2 Red Bell Pepper chopped

1/2 Green Bell Pepper chopped

3 cloves Garlic minced

1/4 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes

DIRECTIONS

1. Spray a non-stick pan with cooking spray. Brown your turkey sausage until it is cooked through.

2. Add the onion and cook for another 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. 

3. Add the remaining ingredients and stir. Reduce the heat, and continue cooking until everything is cooked through, another couple of minutes.
