Collard Green Wraps

1 Serving (1 Serving = roughly 400 Calories)

INGREDIENTS

2 large Collard Green Leaf
2 tablespoons Honey Mustard
1 HMR Entree of Choice (We recommend the Mushroom Risotto, or the Whole Grain Medley)
1/2 Avocado, diced

DIRECTIONS

1. Cut the thick bottom half of the stem off of the collard green leaves, then place the collard green leaves in hot water for about a minute until it softens. Pat dry.

2. Place the 2 soft collard green leaves on a plate and add 1/2 of the remaining ingredients in the middle of each leaf.

3. Roll them up and eat like a wrap.

For variety, add 4 ounces of Lean Protein (like Chicken, Turkey, or Tofu) in place of the entree.
