Terms and Conditions for MHW’s Auto Delivery Programs

We are very pleased that you are interested in becoming a new “auto delivery” member (“Member”), or perhaps you are already a Member and want to review the terms of membership. Read about the rules for membership below:

Important Auto-Delivery Terms and Conditions Summary

  • The terms and conditions represented here relate to Auto Delivery membership for the three “Remote Program” options described at the Health and Privacy Acknowledgment link of this website and also described in the pages where a user orders the kits for any of the programs of this website (this “Website”) and individually known as HMR Healthy Shakes®, Healthy Solutions® at Home, and the weight-loss maintenance phase for both these programs (“Phase 2”).
  • Healthy Solutions at Home
    • Your initial Quick Start Kit contains a 3-week (21 day) supply of HMR foods. When you purchase the Quick Start Kit you will be automatically enrolled in our auto-delivery program, which is required to receive any discounted price on the Quick Start Kit and free shipping. (Standard discount on the Quick Start Kit with auto delivery is 10% off list price plus free shipping.) With auto delivery, we’ll automatically bill you for, and send you a 2-week supply of HMR foods every 14 days, until you cancel. Your 2-week re-order price will be $185.04 ($220.14 for lactose free). You are free to cancel at any time, for any reason.
  • Healthy Shakes
    • Your initial Healthy Shakes Kit contains a 2-week (14 day) supply of HMR Shakes. When you purchase the Healthy Shakes Kit you will be automatically enrolled in our auto-delivery program, which is required to receive the special discounted price on the Healthy Shakes Kit and free shipping. (Standard discount on the Healthy Shakes Kit with auto delivery is 10% off list price plus free shipping.) With auto delivery, we’ll automatically bill you for, and send you a 2-week supply of HMR foods every 14 days, until you cancel. Your 2-week re-order price will be $91.80 ($126.90 for lactose free). You are free to cancel at any time, for any reason.
  • Phase 2
    • Your Phase 2 monthly order must contain a minimum order of $50. When you purchase your initial Phase 2 order, you will be automatically enrolled in our auto-delivery program, which is required to receive free shipping. With auto delivery, we’ll automatically bill you for, and process an order for you every month on the same day of the month, until you cancel. You are free to cancel at any time, for any reason.
  • The terms and conditions for Auto Delivery and the actual discounts offered may change from time to time. You should review carefully all communications you receive from MHW and connect to this link periodically to keep updated.

Full Terms and Conditions for Participating in Auto-Delivery

PHASE 1 AUTO DELIVERY

General Description

Phase 1 for both the Healthy Solutions at Home Program (“Solutions”) and Healthy Shakes Program (“Shakes”) provides a focus on weight loss with the goal of following the “Healthy Solutions Diet” or the “HMR Healthy Shakes Diet.” Phase 1 Auto Delivery is designed to make sure you always have enough HMR meal replacement foods (“HMR Products”) to follow the diet and never run out. After receiving your initial three-week kit (Solutions) or two-week kit (Shakes), you will be billed for and receive automatic shipments of HMR Products every two weeks until you cancel for your chosen Phase 1 option (Solutions or Shakes) or until you move into Phase 2. You must be at least 19 years of age and you may sign up for Phase 1 Auto Delivery with the help of an MHW Program Specialist by calling 443-205-4421, Monday-Thursday from 9:00 am to 6:30 pm ET. You may also sign up for Solutions Phase 1 Auto Delivery on this Website.  

Healthy Solutions – Basic Pricing and Kit Configuration

  • To join, Members will purchase an initial Three-Week Kit consisting of:
    • Four (4) cans of HMR 120 and One (1) box of Multigrain Hot Cereal   OR
    • Four (4) boxes of HMR 70 Plus (lactose-free alternative to 120/Cereal)
    • Forty-two (42) entrees
  • Thereafter, Members will purchase continuous two (2) week re-orders of:
    • Either
      • Four (4) cans of HMR 120   OR
      • Three (3) boxes of HMR 70 Plus (lactose-free alternative to 120)
    • AND Twenty-eight (28) entrees
  • These recurring purchases will occur through “Automatic” (Auto) Delivery of your Healthy Solutions Phase 1 reorder every two weeks and your credit card will be automatically billed on that basis.
  • Cost for the initial Three Week Kit is $271.49 ($309.06 for Lactose Free) and $185.04 for each two week re-order ($220.14 for lactose free). Any additional products purchased  will increase the price of the order or if product prices change.

Healthy Shakes – Basic Pricing and Kit Configuration

  • To join, Members will purchase an initial Shakes Kit consisting of:
    • Three (3) cans of HMR 120 and One (1) box of HMR 70 Plus   OR
    • Three (3) boxes of HMR 70 Plus (lactose-free alternative to 120)
  • Thereafter, Members will purchase continuous two (2) week reorders of:
    • Four (4) cans of HMR 120  OR
    • Three (3) boxes of HMR 70 Plus (lactose-free alternative to 120)
  • These recurring purchases will occur through “Automatic” (Auto) Delivery of your Healthy Shakes Phase 1 reorder every two weeks and your credit card will be automatically billed on that basis.
  • Cost for the initial Shakes Kit is $111.15 ($126.90 for Lactose Free) and $91.80 for each two week reorder of the HMR 120 – the Lactose-Free product costs the same amount for each two week reorder ($126.90).  Any additional products purchased will increase the price of the order or if product prices change.

Additional Terms for Phase 1 Solutions and Shakes Auto Delivery Members

  • All Phase 1 Solutions and Shakes Auto Delivery Members receive:
    • 10% discount on:
      • Each future Phase 1 Auto Delivery reorder.
      • Any additional food shipped along with a scheduled Phase 1 Auto Delivery order.
      • Any orders placed between your scheduled Phase 1 Auto Delivery orders (free shipping on such orders only applies if the order is for $225 or more shipped within the contiguous U.S.)
    • Free ground shipping on all regularly-scheduled Phase 1 Auto Delivery reorders that meet the minimum prescription and are shipped within the contiguous U.S. If you are not in the contiguous United States, we are currently unable to ship to you. 
    • Step-by-step weight-loss materials with Phase 1 Auto Delivery Kit (first order) for your program.
  • MHW Program Specialists are available on the phone at 443-205-4421, Monday-Thursday from 9:00 am to 6:30 pm ET, to assist you with diet-related questions you may have during your participation in the Healthy Solutions at Home or HMR Healthy Shakes Program. (MHW’s Program Specialists are not medical professionals and are not practicing as dietitians. Please consult your physician for medical advice while on any of these programs.)
  • You authorize us to bill you through a valid credit card and will provide MHW with all necessary credit card information.
  • MHW will store your credit card information in a secure way and automatically bill your credit card as each order is processed.
  • MHW will not share this information with any third party unless it is compelled to do so by applicable law.
  • Terms of purchase also subject to Website Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Please review our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for information on how MHW uses your information and maintains your privacy.
  • You must keep your credit card and other registration information up-to-date. You can do this by speaking with a Program Specialist at the number above. If your credit card declines after a reasonable number of attempts, you will be dropped from the Auto Delivery Program.
  • You are required to provide an active, up-to-date email address for communication about your Auto Delivery orders. If your email address changes,  contact a Program Specialist at the number above.
  • We take steps to keep your personal information secure. However, it is your responsibility to let us know right away if you feel that there has been any unauthorized use of your credit card, registration, or order information, or if there is any other reason you are concerned about use of your credit card or personally identifiable information.

Order Change or Order Cancellation Procedure for Phase 1
General

  • You may change your Phase 1 Auto Delivery re-order and still remain an Auto Delivery Member as long as you continue to meet the minimum order requirement for the Solutions or Shakes program, as the case may be. Making changes to your Auto Delivery order may increase your recurring bi-weekly charges.
  • Members may cancel membership at any time, before your next reorder date, online by calling a Program Specialist at 443-521-4421, Monday-Thursday 9:00 am to 6:30 pm ET for assistance. 
  • You cannot change or cancel current orders after processing of any current order is complete.
    • Extension Exception. You may also extend your shipping and delivery schedule for future reorders subject to the rules regarding minimums for your Auto Delivery program by calling a Program Specialist as provided above. Under this self-executing “extension exception,” you can extend your current order (prior to processing) for up to fourteen (14) days. You may do this one time only per order.

Substitute Product and Administrative Delay/Reduction Requests

A Member may make certain substitutions to their Kit configurations by calling an MHW Program Specialist at 443-205-4421, Monday-Thursday from 9:00 am to 6:30 pm ET.

  • Substitutions. You may replace some or all of your HMR 120 product with other HMR Shake products (i.e., HMR 500, HMR 800, HMR 70 Plus, HMR Multigrain Hot Cereal, and/or HMR 500 Chicken Soup). Prices may vary and will affect the amount of your regularly scheduled auto delivery order.

A Member may also request reductions to their Auto Delivery Order or delays beyond the Extension Exception or reductions in the amount of the Member’s regular reorder by calling an MHW Program Specialist at 443-205-4421, Monday-Thursday from 9:00 am to 6:30 pm ET. The decision to reduce or delay the order further is solely within the discretion of the MHW Program Specialist.

By joining the Solutions or Shakes Phase 1 Auto Delivery program you agree to these terms and conditions. PHASE 2 AUTO DELIVERY

The Phase 2 Auto Delivery Program is offered to those persons who have participated in Phase 1 of an HMR program and focuses on continuing to practice healthy lifestyle skills to maintain weight loss and/or continue to lose weight more gradually than in Phase 1. Many Phase 1 participants move into Phase 2 directly from Phase 1. When you participate in Phase 2 Auto Delivery, you will be billed for and receive automatic shipments of HMR Products every month (instead of every two weeks as in Phase 1) unless and until you cancel. You must be at least 19 years of age and you may sign up for Phase 2 Auto Delivery with the help of an MHW Program Specialist by calling 443-205-4421, Monday-Thursday from 9:00 am to 6:30 pm ET.  

Basic Pricing 

The Phase 2 Auto Delivery Program has the following terms:

  • To join, Members will select and purchase any combination of HMR Products of their choosing as a standing monthly order, with a minimum order amount of fifty ($50) dollars before any adjustments or discounts.
  • These recurring purchases will occur through “Automatic” (Auto) Delivery of your Phase 2 re-order every month and your credit card will be automatically billed on that basis.
  • Free ground shipping on your regularly scheduled monthly Phase 2 Auto Delivery order within the contiguous U.S. For orders placed between your scheduled Phase 2 Auto Delivery orders, free shipping applies only if you order at least $225 or more of Products shipped within the contiguous U.S. If you are not in the contiguous United States, we are currently unable to ship to you.

Additional Terms For Phase 2 Auto Delivery Members

  • MHW Program Specialists are available on the phone Monday-Thursday, from 9:00 am to 6:30 pm ET. MHW’s Program Specialists are not medical professionals and are not practicing as dietitians. Please consult your physician for medical advice while on any of these programs.

Additional Discounts

From time to time MHW may extend discounts and special offers to certain groups and purchasers who will receive a discount or special offer code that must be provided with the first Auto Delivery order. MHW will honor such discounts and special offers to the extent that they are utilized during the offer period and on the additional terms and conditions stipulated for such discount or special offer.

Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be happy. If you’re not completely satisfied with anything you purchased from this site, we will gladly offer you a full refund. No questions asked! Simply send back what you don’t like within 60 days and follow the instructions in the Shipping and Return Policy. (Shipping costs are nonrefundable.)

Notice to Pre-Existing Auto Delivery Members

If you were an Auto Delivery Member on or before September 17, 2017, you may take advantage of the following one-time “Transition Rule”. Under the Transition Rule, you may continue with your present Auto Delivery order even though it may not conform to the requirements of these new Auto Delivery Terms and Conditions unless and until you modify your order. You may also change your Auto Delivery order as described in these Terms and Conditions for MHW’s Auto Delivery Programs. Under the Transition Rule, when you make your first Auto Delivery order change after September 17, 2017, you will be required to conform all of your future Auto Delivery orders to meet the new requirements.

Anyone listed as a Member under Auto Delivery September 17, 2017 and who is not currently subscribed to any regular minimum purchase amount, will no longer be considered an Auto Delivery Member unless and until they place a new order that meets the minimum requirements under the new Auto Delivery rules.
