Steak Alfredo with Spinach and Tomatoes

1 Serving

INGREDIENTS

3 oz. cooked Steak Tips (try different marinades and cooking methods for variety)

1 HMR Rotini Chicken Alfredo entrée

1 cup fresh spinach

1 tablespoon minced garlic

½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Low sodium beef broth

Salt and Pepper

DIRECTIONS

1. In a skillet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray, sauté tomatoes and garlic until tomatoes begin to wrinkle.

2. Add spinach and toss until wilted (add a splash of water or beef broth if skillet becomes too dry)

3. Add steak tips and HMR Chicken Alfredo entrée to the skillet and stir until everything is warmed through. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve.
