Buffalo Chicken Mac and Cheese

1 Serving

INGREDIENTS

4 ounces cooked chicken (grilled and shredded thigh meat recommended for best flavor)

1 HMR® Mac & Cheese entrée (Available at Maryland Healthy Weighs)

1 cup Steamed Broccoli, riced, or chopped into small florets

2 tablespoons (or more) Buffalo Sauce (like Frank’s RedHot® Wings Buffalo Sauce)

1 tablespoon diced Jalapeño (optional)

DIRECTIONS

1. Warm chicken, Mac & Cheese, and broccoli. Then combine in a bowl.

2. Stir in buffalo sauce and optional jalapeño. Add additional buffalo sauce, salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy.
