Getting support can help us get over that challenge. For some people, it’s about emotional support. “Pick me up when I break the diet.” “Tell me it’s going to be okay.” “Motivate me.”
For some people, it’s about accountability. “Keep me on track.” “Follow up to make sure I’m doing what I’m supposed to.” “Kick my butt a little bit!”
For some people, it’s about practical support. “Give me recipes, so I don’t get bored.” “Help me plan out this wedding I’m attending. I’m not sure how to make it through.”
